1 Chronicles 14, L.P has completed its acquisition of KVRP-AM/FM from Rolling Plains Broadcasting Corporation. KVRP-FM is licensed to Haskell, Texas; KVRP-AM is licensed to nearby Stamford.

1 Chronicles, based in San Antonio, Texas, is headed by Gregg Weston. Mr. Weston is C.E.O. of Weston Entertainment, which has holdings in the music and hospitality industries.

Rolling Plains is headed by Ken Lane of Haskell, Texas who built and put KVRP-FM on the air. Neither party has other broadcast interests.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
