3 Point Media-Nevada, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KBZB-FM, licensed to Pioche, NV from Gla-Mar Broadcasting, LLC for

$1.962 Million.*

Principals of 3 Point Media-Nevada, LLC are Chris Devine and Bruce Buzil, owners of several other stations under various entities.

Greg Merrill of Media Services Group was the exclusive broker in this transaction.
