3 Point Media Utah, LLC has completed its acquisition of radio station KNFL-FM, Tremonton, UT, from Legacy Communications for $1.725 million.

Tremonton is located in northern Utah along the Idaho border. KNFL-FM is a Class C FM programming Oldies operating on 104.9 mhz.

Morgan Skinner runs Legacy Communications, which is headquartered in St. George, UT. The company earlier this year sold KGNT-FM, licensed to Smithfield, UT.
