3 Point Media Utah, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of KNFL-FM, Tremonton, Utah from Legacy Communications for $1,725,000.*

KNFL-FM is licensed to Tremonton, Utah in northern portion of the state along the Idaho border. The station operates on 104.9mhz as a Class C FM programming oldies.

Legacy Communications is headquartered out of St. George, Utah and headed by Morgan Skinner. Legacy simultaneously is selling KGNT-FM licensed to Smithfield, Utah 30 miles from Tremonton to Sun Valley Radio group out of Logan, Utah. Both stations have recently been operated by Legacy Communications from the same studio/offices in Logan, Utah.
