Tomlinson-Leis Communications L.P. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KNET-AM and KYYK-FM, licensed to Palestine, Texas, from Hightower Radio, Inc., for $1,200,000.*

Tomlinson-Leis, headed by its president, Edward B. Tomlinson, II, does not own any other broadcast interests.

Hightower Radio, headed by its president, Jason Hightower, also owns station KMOO-FM, licensed to Mineola, Texas.

Bill Whitley represented the seller in this transaction.
