Clear Channel has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WMRZ-FM, licensed to Dawson (Albany), GA from Staton Broadcasting Inc., for $875,000.*

Eddie Esserman of our St. Simons Island office was the exclusive broker and represented the Seller in this transaction.
