Cherry Creek Radio has completed its acquisition of radio station KCOM-AM, licensed to Comanche, Texas, from Texas West Media, Inc. for $164,000.  The closing took place on October 1, 2005. 

Cherry Creek Radio is a Denver based radio company with stations in 10 different western markets.  The buyer, Cherry Creek Radio, is headed by Joe Schwartz, President and CEO.  The seller, Texas West Media, is headed by David Bacon.
