1 Chronicles 14, LP has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KKYC-FM and KICA-AM,  licensed to Clovis, New Mexico, KICA-FM and KMUL-AM licensed to Farwell, Texas, and KMUL-FM licensed to Muleshoe, Texas, from Broadcast Entertainment Corporation, for $1,367,500.*

Broadcast Entertainment Corporation is headed by Tom Crane, Chairman, and has no other broadcast interests. 

1 Chronicles 14, LP, headed by Gregg Weston, has interests in KVRP-AM/FM, licensed to Stamford/Haskell, Texas, KBHT-FM licensed to Crockett, Texas and has filed an application to acquire KBIM-AM/FM licensed to Roswell, New Mexico.

Bill Whitley of our Dallas office and Tom McKinley of our San Francisco office were the exclusive brokers representing the seller in this transaction.
