East Tennessee Radio Group III, L. P., has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio stations WBAC, licensed to Cleveland, TN, WDNT, licensed to Dayton, TN, WXQK and WAYA licensed to Spring City, TN from J. L. Brewer Broadcasting of Cleveland, LLC. for $1,865,000.
