Jim Phillips, a local businessman, has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio station KBEC-AM, licensed to Waxahachie, Texas. The Seller is headed by Jeanne Moseley, principal owner. Neither party has other broadcast interests. 

The purchase price was $1,250,000.
