Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has agreed to purchase FM Translator Station W267AM, Mocksville, NC from Tri-Ad Family Network Incorporated, a North Carolina non-profit corporation, doing business as Triad Family Network, Inc.  The contract price is $150,000.*  On July 10, 2013 the FCC awarded a Construction Permit for W267AM to increase power to 250 watts, change Principal Community Served to Winston-Salem, and rebroadcast WSJS-AM.   

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
