Media Logic, LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio stations KSTC and KNNG, licensed to Sterling, CO along with KNEC, licensed to Yuma, CO from Arnold Broadcasting. Also included in the sale is a translator licensed to Sidney, NE. The purchase price is $750,000.

Jody McCoy of the Colorado Springs office served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
