Radio Statesboro, Inc. (Neal Ardman) has closed on its acquisition of the six station cluster which serves Statesboro, GA, from Georgia Eagle Media, Inc.

Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group_s St. Simons Island, GA, office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction.
