ABC Radio has agreed to purchase the assets of radio

station KALY-AM, broadcasting to the Albuquerque, New Mexico market, from Septien and Associates for $650,000.*

John Hare is president of ABC Radio and Gloria Septien is the head of Septien and Associates.

Bill Whitley and Eddie Esserman represented Septien and Associates in this transaction.
