Absolute Communications II, L.L.C. has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations  KITN-FM, KWOA-FM, and KWOA-AM, licensed to Worthington, Minnesota from Three Eagles of Luverne, Inc.* The price is $2.2 million.

“I’ve been talking to John Daniels about this for many years and he was in position to make the combination work at this time, said Rolland Johnson.  Like many markets, this is one that can be better served by having a common owner.  We believe the service to the community should only be improved with this combination of stations.”
