Amigo Broadcasting has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KHHL-FM, Austin, TX, from Shamrock Communications for $22.0 million.*

Mark Rodriguez heads up Amigo Broadcasting and William Lynett heads up Shamrock Communications.
