Arlington Capital Partners has created Long Island Radio, LLC and AAA Sub, LLC to purchase the assets of radio stations WBEA-FM, WEHM-FM, WBAZ-FM & WHBE-FM, Long Island, New York from AAA Entertainment Holdings LLC, AAA Entertainment LLC, AAA Entertainment Licensing LLC and Back Bay Broadcasters, Inc. for $12,000,000.*
