Armada Media Corporation has agreed to purchase* the assets of radio stations KMSD-AM, licensed to Milbank, SD; KBWS-FM, licensed to Sisseton, SD;  KDIO-AM and KPHR-FM licensed to Ortonville, MN from Big Stone Broadcasting, Inc., and Pheasant Country Broadcasting, Inc. The purchase price is $2,900,000. All stations serve the Watertown, SD market.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office and Tom McKinley of Media Services Group_s New York Metro office were the exclusive brokers representing the sellers in this transaction.
