Armada Media Corporation, headed by Jim Coursolle and John Lynch, has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KSDN-AM/FM, KGIM-AM/FM KBFO-FM, and KNBZ-FM, serving Aberdeen, SD from Aberdeen Radio Ranch, for $9.25 Million.*

Aberdeen Radio Ranch is headed by Rob Ingstad, Todd Ingstad and Jim Ingstad.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office and Tom McKinley of Media Services Group_s New York Metro office were the exclusive brokers representing the seller in this transaction.
