Armada Media Corporation, headed by CEO Jim Coursolle, and COO Chris Bernier, CFO John Larson, Board Chairman Tommy G. Thompson and members John Lynch and Terry Shockley, has completed its acquisition of six radio stations serving Aberdeen, SD from Aberdeen Radio Ranch, for $9.25 Million.

Aberdeen Radio Ranch is headed by Rob Ingstad, Todd Ingstad and Jim Ingstad.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office and Tom McKinley of Media Services Group_s New York Metro office were the exclusive brokers representing the seller in this transaction.
