Marconi Broadcasting Company LLC has sold the assets of WHAT-AM, Philadelphia to Aztec Capital Partners, Inc. for $475,000.* Aztec is currently operating the station with a Spanish Language Format under an LMA.

Tom McKinley of our New York metro office was the broker for Marconi Broadcasting and Art Camiolo advised Aztec Capital in this transaction.
