Aztec Capital Partners, Inc acquires the assets of WHAT-AM, Philadelphia, from Marconi Broadcasting Company LLC

Marconi Broadcasting Company LLC has sold the assets of WHAT-AM, Philadelphia to Aztec Capital Partners, Inc. for $475,000.* Aztec is currently operating the station with a Spanish Language Format under an LMA.
