Beasley Media Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has closed on the purchase of FM Translator Station W299CA Fayetteville, NC from Radio Statesboro, Inc., a Georgia corporation.

The purchase price was $50,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
