Beasley Media Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has closed the purchase of the construction permit for FM Translator Station W258CR Bryson City, North Carolina (now W279CY Augusta, GA) from Western North Carolina Public Radio, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation.

The purchase price was $45,000. 

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
