Beasley Media Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has agreed to purchase FM Translator Station W299CA Statesboro, GA from Radio Statesboro, Inc., a Georgia corporation.*

The purchase price is $50,000.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
