Beasley Media Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has agreed to purchase the construction permit for FM Translator Station W276CX New Port Richey (Tampa), Florida from Cornerstone Community Radio, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation.*

The purchase price is $125,000. 

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
