Beasley Media Group LLC., a Delaware corporation, has agreed to purchase FM Translator Stations W280DU Greenacres, Florida and W237BD Pompano Beach, Florida from Reach Communications, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation. In addition, Beasley Media Group LLC. has agreed to purchase the Construction Permit for translator station W242CG Coral Springs, FL from Calvary Chapel Church, Inc.*

The purchase price for W237BD is $125,000.  The purchase price for W280DU and W242CG is $125,000. 

Bob Heymann of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker for the Buyer in this transaction.
