Beasley Media Group, Inc. a Delaware corporation, has agreed to purchase the construction permits for FM Translator Stations W293CK Clearwater (Tampa), Florida and W282BY Fort Myers, Florida from University of Northwestern, St. Paul, a Minnesota non-profit corporation.* The purchase price is $200,000.

Bob Heymann and Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group served as the exclusive brokers in this transaction.
