Big Toe Communications, LLC has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio stations WHPI-FM, Glasford, IL; WPIA-FM, Eureka, IL; WZPN-FM, Farmington, IL and WWCT-FM, Bartonville, IL from Independence Media Holdings, LLC.
