Blizzard Broadcasting has completed the acquisition of the assets of radio stations KBCR AM/FM, licensed to Steamboat Springs, CO from Cool Radio, LLC. The purchase price is $500,000.

Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office was the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
