Bold Entertainment has closed on the purchase WELJ (FM), Montauk (Long Island), New York from Joule Broadcasting, LLC.

The purchase price was $197,000.

Eddie Esserman of the St. Simons Island office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker in this transaction.
