Bravo Mic Communications has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KROL- FM, licensed to Las Cruces, New Mexico, from Rio Grande Christian Broadcasting of El Paso, Texas for $1.4 million.*

Rio Grande Christian, headed by owner Arnold McClatchy, also owns KELP-AM in El Paso, Texas and KELP-FM in Mesquite, New Mexico.

Bravo Mic, headed by Executive Vice President Michael Smith, also owns KVLC-FM in Hatch, New Mexico.

Bill Whitley of Media Services Group_s Dallas office and Jody McCoy of Media Services Group_s Colorado Springs office were the exclusive brokers representing the seller in this transaction.
