Bravo Mic Communications has completed its acquisition of radio station KROL- FM, licensed to Las Cruces, New Mexico, from Rio Grande Christian Broadcasting of El Paso, Texas for $1.4 million.

Rio Grande Christian, headed by owner Arnold McClatchy, also owns KELP-AM in El Paso, Texas and KELP-FM in Mesquite, New Mexico.

Bravo Mic, headed by Executive Vice President Michael Smith, also owns KVLC-FM in Hatch, New Mexico.

Jody McCoy of the Colorado Springs office and Bill Whitley of the Dallas office were the exclusive brokers representing the seller in this transaction.
