Carroll County Broadcasters has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KAKS FM , licensed to Fayetteville, Arkansas from Davidson Media Arkansas Stations LLC.*  Carroll Country Broadcasters is headed by Jay Bunyard who owns 16 Arkansas radio stations. Davidson Media is headed by Felix Perez, CEO and owns 37 radio stations. The purchase price is $1,110,000.
