Chalk Hill Communications has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KXAL-FM

Chalk Hill Communications has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KXAL-FM from William D. Waller, Jr. KXAL is a class A FM station licensed to Tatum and located in East Texas. The president of Chalk Hill Communications is Chuck Conrad. The purchase price is $250,000.* 

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker for this transaction.
