Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc., has agreed to exchange FM Translator Station W262BM Charlotte, NC for the construction permits for FM Translator Stations W284CP Durham and W284CD Rolesville, NC owned by Educational Media Foundation, a California non-profit corporation.*

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing Curtis Media, Inc. in this transaction.
