Cherry Creek Radio, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations KSUB-AM, KNNZ-AM, KXFF-FM, KXBN-FM and KMXM-FM as well as Low Power TV stations KDLQ-LPTV, KDLU-LPTV, KMBU-LPTV and KVBT-LPTV from MB Media Group, Inc.  for $5.8 million* 

The cluster of Radio/LPTV stations in Southwestern Utah serves one of the fastest growing markets _ St. George/Cedar City in the intermountain region.

Cherry Creek Radio, headed by Joe Schwartz, entered into an LMA Agreement on the stations commencing October 1, 2005.

Greg Merrill of Media Services Group_s Salt Lake City office brokered the sale.
