Cherry Creek Radio has agreed to purchase the assets of radio station KCOM-AM, licensed to Comanche, Texas, from Texas West Media, Inc.*  The purchase price is $164,000.

Cherry Creek Radio is a Denver based radio company with stations in 10 different western markets.  The buyer, Cherry Creek Radio, is headed by Joe Schwartz, President and CEO.  The seller, Texas West Media is headed by David Bacon.
