Cherry Creek Radio has completed its acquisition of radio stations KBLL-AM/FM, licensed to Helena, MT, from Holter Broadcasting for $2.8 million.  KBLL_FM (99.5) broadcasts a Hot Country format and KBLL-AM (1240) is a News Talk Station.

Cherry Creek Radio, headed by Joe Schwartz, is already in the market and owns KCAP-AM, KHKR-FM and KZMT-FM.

Holter Broadcasting, headed by Bill and Jan Holter, has been a long-time family owned and operated company in Montana.
