Community Broadcasting, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of KAYH-FM and KOFC-AM licensed to Fayetteville, Arkansas from Family Vision Ministries and William B. and Martha J. Disney.*
Community Broadcasting owns and operates radio properties throughout the Midwest. Upon completion of this transaction these 2 stations will broadcast programming supplied by Bott Radio Network.
Bill Lytle of our Kansas City office represented the buyer and was the exclusive broker in this transaction.
