Convergent Broadcasting, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WBBK-FM (Blakely, GA); WBBK-AM (Blakely, GA); WGMK-FM (Donalsonville, GA) and WSEM-AM (Donalsonville, GA) from Merchants Broadcasting Company. The purchase price is $1,650,000.*

Donalsonville and Blakely, Georgia are both part of the Dothan, Alabama DMA (Arbitron market rank #191).

Eddie Esserman and George Reed represented the sellers in the transaction.
