Convergent Broadcasting, LLC has agreed to purchase the assets of radio stations WYND-FM, Nags Head, NC, and WNHW-FM, Hatteras, NC from OBX Broadcasting, LLC for $2.275 Million.*

WYND-FM and WNHW-FM serve the Elizabeth City/Nags Head, NC market (Arbitron market rank #249) along the state_s Outer Banks. WYND-FM (92.3) programs an Easy Oldies format and WNHW-FM (97.l) programs a Classic Country format.
