Educational Media Foundation has agreed to purchase* KMJR (FM), licensed to Odem, Texas and serving the Corpus Christi market, from Tejas Broadcasting LTD.

EMF, headed by Alan Mason, owns and operates more than 250 stations nationwide, as well as the Air1, K-Love and K-Love Classics networks. Tejas Broadcasting is headed by James Anderson; they have other broadcast interests in the Corpus Christi market.

The purchase price is $432,000.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office and George Reed of the Jacksonville office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive brokers for this transaction.
