Cox Radio, Inc. has closed on its purchase of FM translator K285EU serving the San Antonio market.  The Seller, Houston Christian Broadcasters, Inc. is based in Houston and has numerous other broadcast interests. The Buyer, Cox Radio, Inc. is based in  Atlanta and also has numerous other broadcast interests.

The purchase price was $350,000.
