Cumulus Broadcasting Inc. and Cumulus Licensing Corp. have agreed to purchase the assets of radio station WSJZ-FM (formally WINT-FM), licensed to Sebastian, FL from Sebastian Broadcasting Company for $5,000,000.* The station has been operating under an LMA with Cumulus.
