Cumulus Broadcasting Inc. has completed its acquisition of radio station WSJZ-FM (formerly WINT-FM), licensed to Sebastian, FL from Sebastian Broadcasting Company, Dr. Michael Tuchman, President.  The purchase price was $5,000,000.
