Cumulus Broadcasting Completes Aquisition of WKQB-FM from Muirfield Broadcasting

Cumulus Broadcasting, Inc.(CMLS) has closed on its purchase of the assets of WKQB-FM, Southern Pines-Fayetteville, North Carolina from Muirfield Broadcasting, Inc. for $6.150 million cash.
Mitt Younts initiated this transaction and assisted the Seller, Muirfield Broadcasting, Inc., in the negotiations.
