Cumulus Media, Inc. closed its acquisition of radio station WWSG-FM in Sylvester (Albany), Georgia from Thomas W. Lawhorne, Jr.

The purchase price was $700,000 cash.

George R. Reed, and Edward N. Esserman initiated this transaction and represented the Seller in the negotiations.
