Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc., has closed its exchange of FM Translator Station W262BM Charlotte, NC for the construction permits for FM Translator Stations W284CP Durham and W284CD Rolesville, NC previously owned by Educational Media Foundation, a California non-profit corporation. There was no cash consideration in this swap.
