Archway Broadcasting Group, LLC (_Archway_) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Curtis Media Group to sell the radio station WWNF-FM 97.7 in Kinston, North Carolina.

_With this sale, we will be conforming to the proposed new FCC ownership guideline that allows us to own five FM stations in the Greenville/Jacksonville/New Bern market,_ said Al Vicente, Archway CEO. _WWNF-FM, a Class A facility, had no impact on our cluster_s overall strategic coverage of the market._

_The North Carolina cluster continues to exhibit positive results, with growth that exceeds both last year_s performance and the overall market_s growth,_ commented Rodney Rainey, Archway_s Market Manager for North Carolina.

The sale, which is currently pending review by the FCC, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2004. George Reed represented Curtis Media Group.
