Eastern Airwaves, LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, Inc. has agreed to purchase the construction permit for FM Translator Station W237EG Boone, NC from Positive Alternative Radio, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation.*

The consideration to be paid for W237EG is Positive Alternative Radio, Inc. shall receive tower space at no cost for a period of 10 years for the purpose of installing, maintaining, and operating equipment associated with FM Translator stations W240CV and W281BK.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in this transaction.
